Clinton County Criminal Records

- The vendor will forward the request to the DCJS.
- Next, the DCJS will process the request and send the criminal record to the applicant’s mail address.
In contrast, the OCA provides a searchable portal for criminal records. To use the portal, applicants must create an account and fill out the required search information. The OCA also allows mail-based requests for criminal records. Interested parties must follow these steps to request criminal records via mail:
